What do we do with your Personal Information?
All the personal information we hold about you will be processed by our staff in the United Kingdom and subject to the section ‘With whom do we share your personal information’ above, no third parties will have access to your personal data unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide them with this or a necessity to carry out the services which you have engaged us to provide.
We periodically delete archived email messages.

How long do we keep your Personal Information?
Your personal information will be kept in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the purpose for which the information is collected and used.
We will always retain the information for at least the minimum period which allows us to meet legal requirements.
We will then retain the information (in line with any legal limits) for as long as we need to, in order to allow us to comply with good practice, in line with the limitation periods for taking legal action, and to allow us to meet our own business purposes.
If you consent to marketing, any information we use for this purpose will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
Website
We do not collect any personal information from visitors to our website other than information that is knowingly and voluntarily given. Anonymous information is collected, such as the number of visitors to the website in a given period. This is purely statistical and cannot be used to identify an individual user.
The Indigo Will Assist website is not targeted at children but in any event personal information will not be collected from children without parental consent.

Data Storage and Security
We use a variety of technical and organisational measures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction consistent with applicable data protection laws.
Your data is stored either electronically or in paper format. Outside working hours, paper files are stored in locked cupboards. During the working day, access to the office premises is limited – all doors are alarmed and the office is never left unattended without the main entrance being locked.
All information you provide to us which is retained in electronic format is stored on our encrypted secure servers which are securely locked and backed up onto the cloud by Amazon web services on a twice daily basis. Personal computers are encrypted and outside working hours are stored in locked drawers on office premises.
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. You acknowledge and agree that no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. You agree to take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email.
We ensure high standards of system password management and regularly change and review our internal password policy. In addition we ensure a high standard of training and internal security compliance.
Your Financial Information
We do not retain any information relating to customer payments. Payments are accepted by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Your rights concerning your Personal Information
The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable data protection laws provide certain rights for data subjects.
You are entitled to request details of the information we hold about you and how we process it. You may also have a right in accordance with applicable data protection law to have it rectified or deleted, to restrict our processing of that information, to stop unauthorised transfers of your personal information to a third party and, in some circumstances, to have personal information relating to you transferred to another organisation.
